The number of lanes on the Multimach is matched to the number of lanes of the production machine. The Multimach is equipped with: Primary belt for product phasing and feeding into the lug chain. Independently retractable conveyors acting as a by-pass for each single lane. Folding boxes with wrapping material feed from top. Bottom sealing rollers for longitudinal seal (bottom fin seal roller). Independently driven sealing jaws suitable for heat or cold seal material. Discharge conveyors with independent speed controls. Machine/operator interface has been designed to facilitate operation, ensuring precision and speed. Flexibility and ease of machine operation.
