Question: Located in the DC/Baltimore area. Looking for a closer facility (presently in Indy-not happy about it). My company is new and only makes banana breads. The whole process is nothing more than a one-pot mixture. I have 18 varieties of banana breads, but will only introduce five to six in the beginning. In addition to a co-packing facility, my intent is to work only through reps and wholesalers with minimums of 500 breads. I have other plans for the business, but I need to get the breads out first. Havana Banana Breads is the only company in America that does only banana breads. I used to sell only retail in Florida and realized the favorable reactions are too much to ignore. What an opportunity!
